Sal is an architect and real estate investor with 25+ years of global design and project management experience across residential, commercial, institutional, and public projects in cities like New York, Seoul, Cairo, and Manila. He teaches at Pratt Institute and regularly contributes to CUNY, NYIT, UPenn, Syracuse, and others.
Sal holds a Master of Architecture from Harvard GSD and an MBA from Columbia. He trained with renowned firms including Machado Silvetti, Office dA, and SOM.
He is a registered architect in NY, CT, NJ, and ME, NCARB certified, and a member of the AIA.

Brett is an architectural designer and project manager with experience in high-end residential, commercial fit-outs, and art exhibitions. He specializes in cannabis facilities across the Northeast and has worked with brands like Marc Jacobs, Tory Burch, and Warby Parker.
A native New Yorker, Brett earned his B.Arch magna cum laude from The City College of New York. At Graphite, he leads cannabis projects and launched the BIM, rendering, and marketing teams. He also runs his own practice, BAB Architecture Studio, PLLC (www.bab.nyc), in collaboration with Graphite.
He is a registered architect in NY and NJ, NCARB certified, and a member of the AIA.
